Terms of Service (Summary)

• LNM Technologies ("we," "us") operates Lonesome No More, an AI companion calling service ("the Service").
• By signing up, you confirm you have the right and consent needed to enroll each Loved One and to share the information you provide about them. If signing up as an Institution, this applies to each individual you enroll.
• Subscriptions will be renewed automatically. You can cancel anytime; however, refunds are based on usage during the current billing period.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Privacy Policy (Summary)

• We collect the information you provide and the content of calls with Robin to deliver the Service, including conversation summaries and wellness flags.
• All call data is encrypted. We partner with Klaatch, a SOC 2 and HIPAA-compliant social intelligence provider, to power Robin's conversations.
• We never sell your data or your Loved One's data.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data anytime at info@lonesomenomore.com.
